Bought it because of the item sink news post, figured it'll probably be a good time to buy if I ever want to, without thinking too much of where to actually use it.
With the Nex rewards rework it already went up nicely, so probably going to hold on to it.

Anyways, the question is: what is it bis for? Might as well use it for something while waiting for Nex but I've honestly no idea what.
A lot of things it's good for, DHCB is better.

I don't see anywhere that it would be BiS imo off the top of my head.

Cox on everything except Olm since DCHB?

They said something about you needing a shield for nex, so acb would be the bis as you range it.
