Pretty sure its because fg is just worth a lot more than it was before. Osrs gold is still same price outside of jsp.

d2r also brought in a new wave of jsp users. I see poeple with tier 2 starts unlocked (meaning they bought a hella lot of fg directly from the shop) just to get themselves items in d2r.If you are an osrs player with a lot of fg, this is your time to shine there. In jsp terms you can get now a twisted bow for half the price it used to be a month ago.

It will only break the economy for flippers and resellers.
