How does the point system in soul wars work now in osrs?

Is it still viable to gain a good amount of zeal on low level accounts?

Pretty sure its a minimum combat level of 40 iirc , so if that impacts your "low level account" plan :(

I'm a def pure at 40 cmb right now ^_^

Just don't really understand the point system anymore compared to rs2.
