Anywhere or most people just use wiki/YouTube?
Or most people already know the game in and out don’t need to read or follow guide?

You are more than welcome to create some

If you are looking for guides you can ask here for questions etc.
Besides that Google / Wiki and Youtube have awesome guides to pretty much everything

Theoatrix's skilling guides on youtube have a text form as well mostly.
