Hello, i recently started back up and decided to make a 70 defense tank ranger. i was wondering what all people would recommend i complete as far as quests and diaries go.

I was also wondering if there was a jsp clan chat in game anymore.

current tank ranger stats below if this makes any diff;

91 range
74 prayer
50 defense
86 mage
83 hp
61 attack
77 strength

87 combat.

my end goals are

99 range
74 prayer (possibly 77 for augury?)
70 defense
94+ mage
?? hp
70 attack
80 strength (possibly higher?)
