If you played before, you might enjoy the nostalgia of old school graphics and early gameplay
If you like higher quality graphics and different combat skills, RS3 might hit it off better
Either way, members offers a lot on both, and you can get members with bonds in game - purchasable with gold, which you can buy with fg
This is very good advice

If you have played as a kid, OSRS might hit the spot and keep you into the game just on nostalgia alone.
If you haven't played and you're just getting into it, OSRS might turn you off as it's much slower paced, lower graphics (not that rs3 is really great anyways lol)
I prefer Rs3, because it's a lot easier to feel like you're progressing if you don't have tons of time to sink in.. it can also be a lot more afk.
In my opinion, it's worth trying each of them out for a week or two to see what you enjoy more!
