whats the best money making method in the game currently? havent played in a while and wanna go back farming

Slayer and overall progress on your account is the best way to rack up the gold.
You're not going to get rich overnight and farming a particular monster just to buy an item is going to burn you out and make you hate playing; stay away from sand casino.

get 90+ combats and 77+ prayer (not necessary but REAL nice for rigour) for raids otherwise, get 95 slayer and do the higher lvl bossing for that $$$ ...diaries done is a nice way to have a standard baseline of cash-flow and gets stats up needed to complete

Plenty of money making methodes.
But most are rather tedious and annoying.
So i suggest you get some decent combat stats and join a Guild. Then you can join for some Duo or Trio bandos trips etc it's quite fun. And can be decent money
Other good ways is to train slayer alot of good tasks that drops plenty of rune items etc

Corrupted gauntlet can be nice especially if rebuilding from nothing

Doing jobs on others accounts is the most profitable money maker that doesn't involve luck. You can easily do several jobs simultaneously resulting in 15m+ an hour.
