I can log in to 1 of 2 accounts
Both have 2 factor authentication

One says too many login attempts...

Anyone having issues or am I doomed and being hacked?

You aren't doomed per-se, your email/whatever you used to login got leaked somehow and scripts are just spamming thru dictionary lists trying to get in. From what people speculate about it, there is a cooldown timer for the too many login attempts, similar to unlocking an iphone incorrectly. It slowly increases the cooldown for each incorrect attempt. A workaround right now has been to use the steam client, give that a shot to see if you can get in.
