Nah, I just geared back for Vorkath farming before jumping to my house for the pic.
Completely unrelated, I killed the KQ with some random black hides and what little melee/range hybrid gear I could throw together.
Only reason I went to KQ in first place was 1 kill for hard diary.

The most deserved achievement of my account to date.
Only slightly surpassing my Fire cape, which was achieved by having Jad spawn behind Italy rock & watching venom tick him out from the safety.
