I mean the simple answer is yes, but you would be more or less leeching since the stats are far to low to even help with dps. A high-end pvmer with a 1 def 13 prayer and rest maxed build could do raids by tic eating with purple sweets.

For you the truth is that I assume you couldn't even complete a deathless chambers on a maxed main. So gl hf dd.

There are lots of "Pure'''s so Id say yes but a 1 def, 1 pray be a bit fun to learn. Without protect prayers as exiled said youd have to be some gg gamer

I raid on my 44pray zerker and i feel like a leech.. with one prayer consider yourself a skiller in raids..
Or go full woox mode and then maybe you could be of use

at those stats youre not going to do much
even at max with 1 pray youre not gonna do much but you'd be fine at olm if running head

you can, you would just have to bring sweets to tick eat olms auto. and you'd have to leech rooms where soaking damage is unavoidable. Like others mentioned you'd just be a leech.
