how do you trade a person in OSRS on phone?

I'd use a med if you dont trust them and they dont trust you to give first

I mean on pc you right click but how do you do it on phone?

Hold down your finger on em? Not sure, never used mobile.

This is correct, hold down your finger for 1-2 seconds on his character - you'll get an option to trade.
