recently got back into OSRS

looking to do magic combat from safespots and telegrabbing items..

where would be the most beneficial?

Depending on level..

55 wildy has a 6 sec respawn on zammy wines. Would be fairly profitable but can always be pked. Not a huge amount of pkers there.

Low level, I use tree spirits to gain pretty good gp. Minimal xp gain as its has high amount of xp penalty but you still gain 100% cast xp plus some extra 2-3hp per tree spirit or so.

Blue dragons is a good mid level I think. Fire bolt will work and you’ll get profit. Especially if you use chaos gaunt.

Just a few. Probably many more that I’m not sure of

seems all these options require high levels..
ill stick to smithing and alching for now..

Combat moneymakers for low/mid levels include (but not limited to):
Chaos Druids, Iban disciples, spidines, green dragons, blue dragons, cave horrors, ents, giant mole, etc

A good portion of these are able to be safespotted one way or another
