I'd say ironman - defense/food with more often trips until you can supply your ranaars

and if it's just regular, with no min/maxing involved i'd say just slap on pros (no player flick) and run with prayer pots. like 99% of the time you'll make your money back and much much more

Well if you’re going to pray protect melee you’re just gonna use pros or tassets with Prosy Top. If you not praying protect then just use full Bandos. It has good Defence + str Bonus.

just get fucking good and toss on max str and 1 tic flick protection prayer with piety. no food or prayer pots needed.
