lava's can be 70k / h. so 77 is around 20 hours. but it's painful Unless you are lol

70k per hour is pretty hard to hit, I'd say 60k an hour is more realistic

You can also do lavas 1 + 1 with an alt which increases xp a bit

are you able to tell when you are suppose to repair the rune pouches? I am gonna be somewhat not paying attention and I really dont want my poyuches to degrade lol

well there is no such thing as not paying attention when running lava runes.
Best for simi afk is zmi alter then.

As for rune pouch once it start to degrade there can be less essence in. that's how i notice it atleast.
mabye if you have filter on all it might show aswell, im unsure about that however.

If you are gonna do zmi then i recommend you to mine Daeyalt essence, they require quest sins of the father however.
But 100% worth it.

I think it degrades after x number of trips, been a while since I did lava's but I think you just preemptively repair it on trip xx and then keep running

You can't afk doing lava's, it's click intensive to get the actual xp/hr to make it worth doing. You're probably better off "afk"ing ZMI
