which lvl on enchant ? (lvl 3 enchant (lvl49 ) ) ? or higher ones ?
Yes I believe the lvl 49 for diamond, but you actually turn more profit from enchanting sapphire amulets by about 30% usually.
Alching and enchanting are the most effortless gp per hour and train magic. Alching can be annoying with having low funds and researching the items for max gp per hour. You make slightly more gp per hour by alching in f2p, but you only get about 25% of the xp you would normally get by enchanting, so imo enchanting is easier and better for leveling with similar gp per hour to sum this up.

Here is a table for jewelry enchanting. Prices fluctuate and you may not be able to always profit every day, so it is good to check. 90% of the time you can turn a profit. Diamond amulets usually 80 gp profit but right now as of posting you would not profit.
Crafting amulets in Edgeville next to the GE is convenient. Use the furnace with a mold, gold bar, and a cut gem. This is less profit than enchanting but imo the third best easy f2p method for money, and it trains crafting.

This table to see crafting xp, profit per craft, and estimated profit per hour. At the time of this post, ruby necklaces profit the most with 108k per hour which is high for f2p.
I made an account literally just to see how much gold I could make on an f2p in a day. I made just over 1m and got my crafting to 60 while magic is almost level 70. The xp rates and gold per hour are insane for f2p.
