is there away to get around a bank pin I Disabled my authenticator for someone to do a job on my account and some how someone get into my account and stole everything from my bank but my bank pin is stay saying its active

nope they guessed your pin or knew it.

Not possible. Even if you have the 5 minute hop bank pin timer enabled, when you switch client or ip you have to re-enter the pin.
