what exactly did u need the gear for?

to lvl up my stats further and pvm maybe bossing eventually once i learn the game more i just restarted after long break

arma for rng

u should work on base 75s/80s then u can get like ghrazi/prims/eternals/pegasians/bp/ancestral

500m budget is huge.

Melee: Helm of Neitiznot -> Faceguard
Fighter Torso -> Bandos Chestplate
Bandos Tassets
Fury -> Torture
Bracelet of Regen -> Barrows Gloves -> Ferocious Gloves
Firecape -> Inferno cape
Dragon Defender -> Avernic if you really want to spend 50m here, non refundable
Dragon boots -> Primordial (requires 75 strength/defence)
Brimstone Ring -> Berserker ring -> Berskerer Ring (I)

Range: Arma Helm
Arma Body
Arma Plateskirt
God d'hide boots -> Pegasian boots (a very last upgrade for me, more relevant with endgame pvm for minmax, 30m+ upgrade to acquire a offensive +1 range accuracy bonus)
Regen -> Barrows Gloves
Ava's Backpack, quests involved for better versions, dragon slayer 2 for best in slot
Fury -> Amulet of anguish


After reviewing what I saw with magic, a 500m budget to cover best in slot gear really isn't ideal until you familiarize yourself a little more with the game and buy the gear you actually need as you go but the bare minimum with your budget:

Fury-> Occult Necklace
Regen -> Barrows gloves -> Tormented bracelet
Whatever cape with best mage/prayer, very negligible capes here, maybe mage arena cape 1 -> Mage arena 2 cape
I'm focusing on these particular magic upgrades depending on your stats/completion of stuff just because the difference for the other upgrades approaches 150m+ (ancestral set/kodai wand for example)

I believe I covered most of the bare line essentials for your budget while still leaving you with a bunch of cash for more reasonable stuff like skilling to develop your account. Bolded items are quest locked, red is basically don't think about it if you have to ask. I've ignored the quiver slot for most cases because using it with a prayer bonus is irrelevant if you spam prayer, which the normal person isn't, but even then a trip to the grand exchange with 50k cash is enough to fix it if you are that person after all. Apoligies if the information is all over the place but I tried my best to format it without sitting here all day to make it presentable.

Edit: Sidenote, torso is a minigame item but youre budget should allow you to skip it entirely
