I am new here and was just wondering what it takes to earn trust to get people to do jobs for you on your account/trade with people on there?

Starting with jobs that dont require bank access is a good start. Gl if legit

Takes a lot of time, you rarely see new users being "trusted" quickly. Dont be a dick, be helpful and if you get jobs do em right without botting/ahk. If you ask for jobs i suggest going with "trusted" users, dosent mean they have a trusted/mediator tag but they are well known inside the community to be trustworthy To let them do a job on your account.

If you do jobs i suggest that you record them/stream them to offer an extra "safety" to the person you do the job for.

This is how i started, i also like doing alot of from scratch services which are no risk. Mainly cuz fresh to bgloves makes bank and is quick XD trust comes with time tbh

Confirmed really? Where am I confirmed? The s/a that I was proven innocent? Weird, you saying the mods here can't do their jobs...maybe you should apply for mod?
