I posted in here yesterday about selling an OSRS account. Seeing as how that is against the rules, but still want to get something out of the account and maybe help out someone else, I would like to rent it out instead.

However, I am concerned about the use of bots/RWT/getting banned.

Is it fair to use a disclaimer of "in the event of a ban on the account (temp or perm) the renter owes me _________ FG/OSRS Gold or will be reported in D2JSP for violating the contract" ?
I'm acknowledging the risk of ban here, and while I don't want to be banned I would be more ok with it if I was compensated for the violation of the agreement to not do anything that would get the account banned, or they could risk being banned here if that fee wasn't paid.

Don't want my account to go to waste-so i'd like to get use/value out of it, but also don't want to lose it entirely.

renting accounts is allowed but not many people do it here.

most rent for staking but even now a days that's rare.

I would consider renting it for 2 weeks at a time if the price is okay

Could use it for some dolo arma/bandos/corp or rune drag/vorkath tbh
