Why are you killing blue dragons? If you are doing a slayer task just kill baby blue dragons to move onto the next task, I assume you're not an ironman because you said you cannot afford justiciar.

Eventually you can kill Vorkath on task when you complete DS2, otherwise it's a shit task, just kill babies.

Side note, barrows armor is really not that expensive to repair and takes a long ass time to degrade.

If you really want to kill regular ones, you can use proselyte for the prayer bonus

Honestly just use prosylete and pray melee.

go w/ newb's recommendation of praying then but I wouldn't go until at least 70 70 atk/str but you should wait till much later maybe to camp blues efficiently or get a dragon hunter lance (9x Mil I think)
