Do blood spells work on the minions?

yup!

tho you shouldn't need them if you are running the room properly against the boss

run circles attacking Sara in the corners, praying range the whole time if you just want to camp pray otherwise flick prayers
after boss is dead kill the ranger, and clean up the others
pick up bones for b2p and you should be good on hp between those and blowpipe specs

hitting the minions with bp to venom them at the start of a kill is also a popular strategy

I pray mage the whole time. Isn’t that correct? I do all these things. Just figured the blood spells could lengthen trips a lot more than b2b

It depends on your gear, if you have a higher range defence you would benefit more from protect mage

e/ also i believe protect mage helps against one of zilyanas attacks, if she ever hits you by accident

i typically pray range the entire time because in biS range gear you have better mage defenses then you do range
pray whatever you are weakest against, the melee minion and the boss should never touch you

Gotcha makes sense. When I get better (55 KC) I’ll switch to range. She still gets to me here and there cause I got plenty of distractions all the time ( 2 kids ) lol
