Hello All -
I'm trying to change my name but for some reason the system won't let me. The name doesn't appear on osrs hiscores so it's no taken, right? If the name is taken on RS3 would it be considered taken on OSRS?

Well some names Are banned as they Are to offensive etc so you cant pick those.
Also many 1 letter names Are banned.
So they May not show if you add them on your friend list but you still Cant take them for your own acc

Hiscore doesn't mean anything at all.

If the name changer says unavailable, get another name.
