I'm trying to acquire one on the exchange, but i've been aborting my offer and offering again once the price goes up, Am I giving up my place in a line of do i have no chance of a trade going through once the price has risen?

You where able to buy like 10x tier 1 emblems. So you could always buy it. Just not the item itself.

can buy rune pouch/looting bag vouchers now that cna be turned into a banker for the item
