whats the best training strength weapon i should use? saradomin sword? or just say fuck it and whip train everything?

Abby dagger with d defender or avernic if u can afford it.

rapier is bis str training weapon with 75atk, but cost 180m

don't listen to this. dh is not viable until 90+ str and 91hp.

I think DH is best at later levels. Obsidian armour with the sword and defender. Plus a berserker necklace and berserker ring ect. Dragon claws for your special attack weapon if you can.
