don't think you can. just manacles as far as I'm aware. unless there's a bypass to the quest.

manacles for pking are like 1m more loss everytime i die lol

Thought most obby mauler unskull with b neck, b ring I, maul, and slayer staff? So manacles would protect.

With b ring I and manacles u get 3 max hits, so would be nice
