Which slayer master should I take the assignments from? What unlocks/extensions should I choose?

Yeah sorry, that's quite important.

I'm 93 combat.
Whip + dragon defender + Torag's platebody & legs / Obsidian platebody & legs + berserker ring + fury

Archer setup (79 ranged) = blowpipe / rune cbow + blessed d'hide

Magic (64) setup: full mystic...

Ah right. Would personally go for Konar or Nieve(/Steve after mm2)

Konar can be a bit more challenging since it limits you where to execute the task, however the brimstone keys are a nice add.

Nieve(/Steve) is just a solid choice too.

I blocked spiritual beings, metal drags, and other stupid tasks that are low exp + low money

Money making: Kurask, dusties, abby spect, wyrms, cave horrors, blue drags
Exp: Bloods, hell hounds

Anything else is kinda up to if you wanna do the task or not.

I'd suggest doing steve/neive over konar. Some of her locations are annoying to get to, but up to you.

Slayer rings are good if you have the 75 crafting. (can also get an eternal slayer ring which I personally use a TON due to tp next to bank, kinda a budget craft cape with extra teleports)
Garg smasher as soon as you hit 75.
Hot stuff for jad tasks if you can do him. gives 25k xp for killing jad + pet drop chance.
Extentions for tasks you like
Rune pouch + Herb sack.
Like a boss when you feel confident you can kill bosses.

It's always confusing me. Some YT videos recommend extending metal dragons while others say it's complete shit
I personally killed like 100 of them and the only drops were blood runes and bones... and it took me forever so I guess I'll pass on them.

I extend rune and mithril, I kill the others normal for the vissy drop.

Rune dragons are good to kill for money, I'd stay away from bronze/iron/steel.
IMO not worth 6m to kill 10k steel dragons. You'll make money, but any other task you're making more.
Mith are 1/32,768 to get 44m (D full helm) and 1/10 for vissy. Your choice to kill them, I personally dont.
