what range lvl should i get to before investing into a tbow? im at 80 right now

id chin to 90 and then just boss to 99. i have like 40m range xp just from bossing

Honestly when you have a twisted bow - you use a twisted bow. With that being said, whatever you're killing is going to pile a ton of ranged xp over time. Get it to 90 imo like Exiled says, and just have fun from there on out.

Buy at 80 to flash it.
Then get 90 with chins and flash it more after 90

Well i would advise you to wait until you have enough for tbow + good gear.

A tbow alone kinda sucks but tbow + bis gear = great fun / gp.

so wait til like 1.3bish? to buy a tbow?
