Corrupted or regular? Regular is easy, t1 armor go for t3 bow/staff to learn, 2 pots load of fish. Tons of time to gear up. I'd learn the basics of the boss just switching between range/mage before trying to do the kick/staff 4th hits to camp ranged.

I usually stick to the first rooms adjacent to the center grabbing all the fish/materials around while getting a weapon frame. Then dropping all my shit in the middle making a t2 bow and buying vials for pots before venturing to the outsides looking for t3 bosses and the rest of my supplies. Crystal back to the middle make rest of weapons/armor cook my fish and good to go.

On phone at work so pretty basic explanation of how I go about it, I use pretty much the same Strat for gearing for corrupted t1 armor t3 bow using the 4th hit melee/mage Strat to keep ranging so don't really need a second t3 weapon.

LOL dude all of this has gone way over my head until you just pointed them out. I completely forgot about the polypore and jadinko or w/e whip thing. I remember those things in the cave where you cut and burned curly roots lol.

So what should i be going for first then? just ores/tree things/kill weak mobs around the first room for my first weapon frame/armor supplies?
-> go craft t1 weapons/armor
-> get fish/herbs and kill the bigger dragons for the better weapon? fish more
-> craft final weapon & potions and fight silverfang?

should getting potions online be a first priority?
what do they even do?
tried once so far ran out of time trying to fight the mid lvl dragon in one of the rooms
