and he needs money to buy a laptop...

hes been training an alt account of mine and i do believe him as he is never training the one he takes payment on. only when i am online is he playing his account.

he wants the money to buy a better laptop.

i am willing to send him cash instead of buying gold to help him out but it looks like there are us sanctions against the central bank of venezuela....so how are others paying them? osrs gold?
