Picking flax is pretty solid go/hour no requirements either

Pretty easy, nice smithing xp. Problem is you need coal bag, little bit of cash to buy materials, stamina potion and gloves. Forget the exact name of gloves, quest item. Think its ice gloves. Ill try to find a youtube video.

At your current stats you don't need much gold for anything. Just keep playing/do whatever floats your boat and it'll start stacking up

Pretty much it. The only thing i believe that is inaccurate is the xp rate by a bit but might be wrong. The gp rate is always changing.

Even if you have that sub 60 payment youre forced to do, youll make more money back and get xp fast enough to hit 60 that it really is a non issue.

Could start farming as well herb runs are very nice and very useful. Bird house runs are good as well.

I also recommend getting 77 runecrafting for blood runes, Since everyone is at home because of the konar virus blood runes are insanely expensive right now.
