Just check your margins when buying/selling the item you want.
Bigger items have a larger margin to make a nice flip.
If you're wanting to buy something to sell at a later date rather than flip daily I'd suggest buying items to boss with for the new boss that comes out. I don't remember what it is, nightmare dungeon or whatever? Items will rise in price when that is released.

Sounds like an awful idea tbh, but possibly look into buying the new twisted league rewards? Supposedly they are going to be the new rares in the sense that they won’t be able to be obtained again as a reward so I could see them going up in price if the demand is there which I’m assuming will be just because people like to have things other people don’t

They'll be purchasable with the points obtained each League. Only the trophy is discontinued.

Sry i have no idea about anything in runescape so ye, assuming twisted league rewards is paid member content? I just use stake accounts nm, and have one account i keep my gold on nm as well so not sure I can even buy stuff from what I presume is expansion?

One guy i know (Twinkies on d2jsp) once told me like 2 years ago that some bow for 1.4b gold went up in price to 1.7b in 3 months or something so this would be kind of investments id like to make. Similar how I bought a knife in csgo for 60k fg and now it goes for 115k fg (at shit ratio too)
