If I get D2h from chaos eke, does it tick off KBD and skele boss in wildly aswell? Or gods word shard 1 from zilyana, do I need to get it again from graardor?

Each entry in the log is tracked by the item itself, not where it was obtained. For example, obtaining a dragon pickaxe from the Chaos Elemental will also log it under other bosses that drop it, such as Callisto and the King Black Dragon.
