+5 rc boost is aids. u gotta have a full grown kitty cat and catch some mice and get lucky. forget what color, but I know its a spice

ess: twisted banshees is slowish, but for a lowerish levels
wyrms: decent for mid levels
zulrah: great for higher levels

craft: and jewelry is alright, can do yak hides, or make orbs, etc.

+5 boost, as justin said, is spice using in stews, you need 3 doses of orange and get lucky for a +5 for rc.
