Less combat/bastian. 1 to 2 of ea should last you just fine especially with that gear. The rest just do super restores and like 3-4 sanfews for antipoison/restore in one.

Also waterbirth tele from your House. Bank the Boots

And as said before 2/2 super combat and bastion is enough unless youre actually trying to flick prayers all task
