Google Remote Desktop, hands down the best chrome extension!

For anyone who’s not familiar with it, you can download it by simply googling for it and install the extension. The setup is incredibly easy and simple. You can then download the chrome “Remote Desktop” app on your phone/tablet/other pc and connect to your computer remotely. This allows me to let me to AFK whenever I’m not home and not have to worry about keeping the OSRS app open to avoid logging out. Just make sure your computer is set to not sleep and I’ll usually turn my laptop brightness down the whole way. I usually place my character at sand crabs and go about my day opening the app every 5 minutes to pot and reset Agro and go about my day. Plus I have full access to my computer on the go which is a plus.

Just thought I’d mention it Incase anyone isn’t aware of the method or app.

I've never had the app just close out on me unless it's well over the 5minutes that would normally log you out

Mine will force log me even if I just respond to a text message super quick. Iv tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times lol.

you have an iphone or Android?
i believe the iPhone doesn't allow the app to run in the background, so once you have it minimized (you're in a different app), it'll cut off the internet connection for the app, so then it'll dc you

You can stay in combat for 20 mins with no client input so this works well for places like NMZ and other permanent aggro spots. Way better using this than killing your battery on mobile.
