any diaries worth doing, or zeah stuff, or anything like that, decent quests that give pray xp to do before i use an altar to 45?

Varr diary for the chest is one of the best def chest for pures. If you wana go 52 pray for smite work towards an anchor incase you want it later. Decent ko weapon at 60 atk. Mith gloves have better atk bonus then bracer just slightly less def tho. Tbh none of its really needed tho

Cb brace is higher att than mith gloves

Looks like Ava's accumulator is the only necessity
