Does anybody have advice on how to get normal fps? My game literally peaks at 30fps and drops down to 10fps pretty frequently.
I just did a full system restore and there's literally nothing on my computer except for RuneLite and Google Chrome.

For reference, I have a GTX970, i5, 8gb ram, which is well above what should be required to play this game. I have no idea what the issue could be
