Sadly the best way is tweet. I used message center for my issue and they didnt even have an answer for me after waiting 3 days.

They've openly talked about how they know there customer service is bad and they hope the change it. Best bet atm is to get a post to go virual that could hurt their profits enough to want to get involved.

Sad but true, only option is to tweet or reddit post.
You can typically find JMODS profiles and message them but the best bet is to comment or make a post that hopefully gets alot of traction.

stop buying accounts. you wont have issues. and stop botting. all problems solved.

actually this is neither of those issues so if you cant contribute to the post keep your spam to yourself
