Quick question.

For maximum safety On a hcim in wintertodt level 61 HP.

Is it best to use both a Phoenix neckless and a ROL? Or could I fuck with the ROL with the neckless.

Just looking for maximum safety.

If the user's hitpoints drop below 10% in one hit after being above 20%, and the player is also wearing a ring of life, then the phoenix necklace is activated first.

Is this a good thing? Or is it better to just roll rol?

I would say check the max hit for your HP level and see if it's enough to kill you from 20%.
If it isn't phoenix could be worth it. Just depends on how many diamonds you have to spare.
