oak larder, then oak dungeon doors, then mahog stuff

Mahogany tables when available and if you go cheap then oak dung doors when available. That's pretty much meta. If you have ds2 done you can make myth cape mounts. Never tried that myself but heard it's an option.

If you don't want to spend as much money as mahogany tables costs you can do dragon slayer 2 and mount the mythic cape, a lot cheaper and still good exp

This. Can get 300kish/hr with decent focus.
