How do you go about doing that? I saw it in a OSRS video but every time I hop on the bounty hunter world my targets always run.

you obviously look like too fierce of a foe, try wearing colors or gear to make them more likely to attack you.

I'd recommend a pink skirt and possibly steel or below weaponry.
