It took me 88 tasks to see a kraken task from the time i got 87 slayer and get my trident. now i just got 3 back to back.......
Good loot, but man did that take a while.

ye only way it really pays for itself as an ironman is if you get full trident drops imo

obv u can buy the runes but thats annoying

i have a massive surplus of runes after completing barrows, so runes are fine.

its fine till its not lol.

kraken tasks suck up runes

without the 2 full tridents i got, i broke about even on runes.

ye, thats what im saying, without em you wont. ive been lucky on tridents as well luckily

read what i said. Without counting the trident i almost broke even. i refilled my trident 3 times, so used around 7500 death and 7500 chaos. got 5400 deaths and 12k chaos back.

plus just in b staffs i got 800k in alchs. this task far more than pays for itself.

ah my bad, i misread.

im about even in runes from 900 kills but only since i got 3 tridents along the way.

it obviously will also depend on ur gear and mage lvl. maybe ur using more runes per kill. also just comes down to rng
