I recently started playing RS again a couple months ago and started grinding a lot of slayer. I am on the very last slayer master in priff who used to give me two options every time i went to get a new slayer task. Now, i dont get the choice anymore. How do i get that back?

I haven't played in years and am just coming back myself. Tbh i don't ever remember this being an option. As for now in game there is no option unless you go to a lower slayer master and ask for a new task all together.

You can get things called "slayer VIP tickets" via the mini game cabbage face punch? I think it's called, when you have them the slayer master will give you two options, the first you can choose for free, if you choose the second option it costs you 1 VIP ticket, once you're out of tickets you no longer have options

No worries, I highly recommend grinding out a couple hundred tickets, makes slayer much more enjoyable and the minigames fairly easy
