4m a raid, when I'm done with you. you will know everything about every boss and know about skipping cycles on olm / melee skipping etc. Also can teach how to solo raid, raids 1 ofc

well then my best advice is join a pvm clan on the rs forums, try to sneak in one. pick up what they're putting down, its all super easy to learn. vasa / tekton / vespula and vanguards have certain mechanics that you shouldn't get into until you're comfortable with olm. also, check out some woox guides and watch them 100 times to learn some basic mechanics. but you wont truly learn until you get in the field

yeah honestly doing some solos wouldn't hurt, but avoid the bosses I mentioned above.
