Just de-ironed.. have about 100m to play with

20m-ish to max house
Gonna get prayer to 95+(should I go to 99?)
Other than that need some ideas to set this account up to make some money!

Sounds good, that’s about 37m. 43m left, anything else needed other than gear?

house is super important, only things i'd recommend are 99 pray, rigour/aug if you don't have, and maxing out your PoH.

This most definitely. Also at least 78 herb. 90 for ovls in raids.

ornate pool, at least fairy ring, nexus or a few chambers with full teleports, magic altars, etc

Yeah definitely do that

I’m actually about to put a Nexus in my house instead of portals and move my house around.
