does anyone know whether it is actually faster to train on controlled or doing each style independently?

/edit or is it just preference and the same speed?

controlled is 3 per hit
one at a time is 1.3 per hit
IIRC

speeds are the same controlled just feels slower i thought

controlled gives a hidden +1 to all 3 combats tho
