Before I buy membership, on my new main (original banned for botting dungeoneering in 2011) I am getting all skills to 50.

I might push crafting, mining, cooking, and smithing to 70 before members also but due to a massive gap in my play history I can't seem to think if it's worth it to members and then do them, is it much faster in members to skill these?

From what I can tell platebodies all the way, emerald necks all the way, cooking lobsters, and power mining iron to 70 all sound reasonable in f2p.

Anyone have a knowledge bomb to drop on me that says otherwise?

Watched many many videos on skilling from multiple youtubers but want to make sure I'm not missing something.

(The reasoning for these skills is because quest cape skill levels respectively.)

Everything is faster in members, easiest way to start on a fresh account is questing. Knocks all the grindy low level stuff out of the way. Also most skills are a lot faster in members due to better fishing, mining, woodcut, etc.. locations.

Members:
Dart tips are free smithing xp
Access to flax / molten glass
Cooking gauntlets & house range
Motherload mine

Plate bodies are nice xp / hr if you have the gp to spend. I did 1-75 in 3 days while watching TV doing dart tips on mobile though. Might be a better option until you build up the bank since they are profit. A

As I won't be a member until a couple weeks from now due to dumb reasons, I was looking to jump into members and bang out 200 QPs or so.

Questing is more or less one of my favorite aspects of the game.

I didn't know motherload was good for lower levels also, I'll go look at it now then.

are urns a thing in f2p? if they are then yes f2p should be fine for those lvls

200qp's will be difficult without the stat reqs

Nah. Did all skill reqs before beginning.
