I was trying to get a dchb loaned to me. I thought you can lend items and accounts. i.e: people lending their max stakers.
Can I have this clarified please.

Item loan is an action done at your own risk and it is not allowed for Osrs servers simply because the game interface does not provide a safe way to perform such activity, this is possible and allowed only on the Rs3 servers where the loaned item is automatically returned to it's owner after a specified amount of time.
