I haven't done tears in years, but that looks close to what I used to get... granted I was never a big quester either.
Honestly, I couldn't be bothered with it after going above like 60+ all, but it was a nice little boost for skills I absolutely hated at the time.

rcing is my lowest skill :P faster than training it :)
