Has there been a release date announced?

I thought I saw it was in the works and they were thinking December sometime but not sure if that was official

so the thing is the rs3 is already out on mobile however they only released 10.000 apps and they was downloaded within a few hours. so no free downloads aviable.
they're gonna release more at somepoint but i don't know when. :)
